      We went up to the top later at night and when we got to the little bar/terrace, we were there with only about 5 people, and it wAS SO NICE- breeze blowing, and most of the people had already gone. We just chilled up there for about 45 min til about 11 or 11:30pm.

      I actually find the view from the Arc de Triomphe BETTER than the view from the Eiffel Tower because you can't see the Eiffel Tower while on it lol
