Day 4 of the bicycle tour in Greece, and I’m cycling from the coastal town of Livanates and to a village near Lamia called Loutra Ipatis. Along the way, I stopped off at the monument to Leonidas and the Brave 300. Lots of clips and commentary from the road as always!

Dave if I had broken down then an offer of help would have been great. I suppose not everybody is the same but he could have been more polite. Don't let them grind you down. Great vlogs
