Please join me on this little mini tour around central Copenhagen on foot. We’ll be heading down Strøget and Købmagergade – the main part of the pedestrian zone – with a lunch stop in Nyhavn (thumbnail photo), swinging by the palace where our queen, Queen Margrethe II lives, and a few other stops along the way. The Good Year Blimp is made right here in Ohio. Akron, Ohio and I live a bit from that city. It is a huge employer of tires in this country. Funny how the world can get smaller sometimes. I have convinced my husband for the next big European trip to visit the Nordic countries.

oh wow! this was such a blast from the past, I was there in the 80th, got married there at the courthouse, stayed in the Bel Air hotel, and visited the Tivoli Park, still remember it all like it was yesterday, how beautiful Thank you !
