Cycling the world – Europe: episode 60
I left Suwałki, my first stop in Poland and crossed the Masuria region of Poland till the Baltic sea in Tolkmicko. Beautiful rides despite the miserable weather: lots of rain and some snow. The knee seemed starting to heal.

Hello I want to ask you what bike do you recommend….the Giant Tcr Composite with Fulcrum xero tyres or the Bianchi Interpida
The cold wind on your knees and biking affects your knees , they cool down unless you bike 30 km per hour …make sure you keep them warm by using knee braces.

Going around the world on the bicycle with no idea how to deal with dogs, doesn't seem like good idea
