PEDALLERS & friends went on a French Alps Cycling Trip! Day 1 of our cycling vlog alpine adventure starts with Col de la Madeleine 😬 with views and highlights of the ascent and the full descent.

Col de la Madeleine is an iconic French Alps mountain route, regularly featuring in the Tour de France since debuting in 1969.

At 25km, with an average gradient of 6.2%, the climb’s length makes the northern ascent of Col de la Madeleine somewhat testing. Especially when you pick it as a “warm-up”! 🤣

    🗺 How we did it:
Flew: British Airways from LHR to GVA (never again, they forgot a bike!)
Everything else (airport pickups, accommodation, meals, route planning, bike guide, vehicle support, encouragement) was provided by Anna & Steve from Classic Cycling Tours 😍(https://classiccyclingtours.com/)
