From concept to consumer, bike design has evolved to meet modern demands. Jon was invited out to the Wilier Triestina HQ to take a look at their distinctive heritage and takes a look at how they design and assemble their Italian super bikes.

    1. innovation made in china/taiwan, I cant see any frame laminating or manufactoring, only sanding, painting, assemble etc… but where the real manufactoring? china the italion super inovation 🤣🤣🤣🤣
bull shiiit tales of Dr.GCN.YouTube 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

    2. those bike frames are made in the far east because is cheaper for them. they don't have to pay their employees following all the rules imposed by the EU on regards the working conditions of labour, plus they don't hear any complaint or if they do hear they could set everything easily not like here in Europe. the idea behind why those manufacturers make those frame bikes in a low paid poor country because their skills is a pile of rubbish. especially in Italy where people exceed for they heritage capability and skills craft, you're telling me that they don't find anyone whit those experience and requirements to build those frame here. the only reason is the cutting cost as hell and selling the bike a skyrockets price to you here en Europe making 100% of profit…

    3. ‘In 1995 we made 1,000 frames per year. Now our number is 30,000,’ says Andrea Gastaldello, co-owner of Wilier. As a result, Wilier’s headquarters is used less as a factory and more as a centre for assembly, design and prototype development. As with most of the high-end Italian brands – such as Pinarello, De Rosa and Colnago – frame production largely takes place in Asian factories

    4. What's your opinion on Wilier Toni bevilacqua? Saw an cheap offer for it. 599€. I have heard bad things about it like it's brakes are not optimal for descent and it weights 21 lbs. I am new to the cycling scene, what bike are recommended for beginners?

    5. The size aspect Claudio mentioned, and many articles mention is no joke. My size XL Cento10SL not only fits my 6'2 body like a glove. But is very aggressive while somehow maintaining a comfortable ride. Another very important factor to me is that the proportions are great, my XL Cento10 looks aesthetic and clean. Meanwhile my previous size 57.5(XL) Pinarello prince was Massive.

    6. I've just bought one of these a 2018 Gtr Team .Beautiful bikes and yes it's italian which makes it even more adorable imo 😊😊
