BBM must learn from Norway's wealth funds lost. Just defunct the "MAHARLIKA INV FUNDS". Stop playing with the MIF. BBM was trying to selling it to rich Saudis but what he got were words. They knew better than jumped in. It's not profitable, but only get to some one's pocket later.
