    1. Jasper should be relegated, deny him the sprint in Paris. He doesn’t learn from his mistakes. He has been warned but doesn’t care. He is getting away with bullying and that is never a good thing.

    2. I don't get how he isn't sanctioned for this! You want to mark someone going in the break you sit on, not force them to change their line.

    3. Jasper is more than a disaster. He is a dirty dangerous rider. It is hard to understand why he is not punished by the officials. He is making cycling awful and the worse thing is that he is getting away with it

    4. In Football…

Because there is no specific number of infringements that defines persistent or the presence of a pattern, the referee should warn a player who appears to be heading toward this form of misconduct. Once warned, that player should be cautioned if they soon thereafter commit another foul.

    5. What the hell ASO?
NO repercussions for this kind of behaviour?
      That's absurd.
Just because his own team messed up big time by not letting the break away get more time, he has no right to ride that way. What a tool. And afterwards he has the gall to say it "wasn't his intention"! Lame….
Congratulations Phillipsen – you won the green jersey and lost the support of the people (apart form the Belgians I guess?).

    6. Article 2.12.007/6.1: 'Obstruction from a rider to stop the progress of another rider'.

The result for a first infringement is a 20% points penalty and 10 seconds. (And 50 francs)

Coincidently Asgreen has been punished for such obstruction.

    7. Philipsen seems to be benefitting from the Netflix effect. Most other riders would be getting relegated for this behaviour. Once is possibly forgivable, but he’s been doing it for three weeks.
