The start of the Europe leg of our bike adventure!
We started in Belgrade, Serbia, in summer – which made a huge improvement on New Zealand winter! Belgrade had some good routes to get out of the city, and before we knew it, we were in rolling countryside, and beautiful national parks.
The absolute highlight for us was Tara Mountain National Park – a beautiful wild expanse with some challenging climbs and fantastic views. We didn’t see any bears though.
Next stop – Bosnia Herzogovina!

I get so excited when you put out a new video lol, i'm wondering if you guys plan your route or just have a rough idea of where your going and plan day by day…looking forward to seeing more…
Fantastic scenery. I might follow a similar route soon, it would be great if you could share your experience 🙂 How long did it take you to get from Belgrade to the National park? Where would you put the harshness of the climbs around Tara from 1-10?
