    1. I have switched from an mountain bike to an recumbent trike. I have an ICE Adventure which works well with my parkison and provides even more fun than my mountain bike. Hope to be able to cycle for many years. Stay safe

    2. Good on you Janet.

I am a 66 year old male who was diagnosed with PD. Fortunately, I'd been cycling for the last 30 odd years so it's just easier to keep on going.

Don't worry about the future. Just keep riding as much as you can, every day.

And live every day as if it's your last.

Long and happy riding to you!

    3. I have never had enough balance to safely ride a bike. Yes, not even as a child. I either fell off or even passed out. When at 51, I was diagnosed with PD, I wondered if this inability was a sign so many years prior. I have yet to hear of anyone else with this issue.
