    1. hello ! i would be also interested to know what kneepads or knee things you got there. Mostly for comfort and injury prevention. i just hit 40 and i fear the moment where my knees will not be able to follow me in my bike rides. That will be very sad, i want to ride my bike as long as possible !

    2. Thank you! This is the basic of basic skills that I have been looking for. As a roadie moving into MTB, there is a large learning curve to utilize your body balance to counter the bike balance. Thank you. I'll be practicing these for a while.

    3. oh wow, i actually did almost all off these excercises before ever watching this video just out of instinct and curiosity of how certain things feel

    4. I bought my first bike since the 90’s. Very different than 30 years ago. I feel like I have to learn all over.

    5. my first time on a mountain bike was at massanutten resort at their downhill park and I had a rental. I was on the trail and I grabbed a handful of front brake and not once not twice but four times went OTB

    6. Watching some mtb videos and i ended up buying hardtail. It's been 15 years since i rode mtb and had fun in trails and urban routes, let's see how much my body remembers after so long time. It's arriving in 2 days 👌

    7. Can i ask you something i have mtb byox black and red color and i have only in the front a very tough suspension it only works when i fell from high can you tell me if i can do a whilie with this bike pls answer me!

    8. No issues with assembly for me https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L but I could see where some might benefit from using an experienced bike assembler/mechanic. I'm an older rider starting back after a 10 year break. This bike exceeds my capabilities and has been easy to get comfortable riding. I'm mostly on easy trails with almost no street riding and have not been disappointed with the performance of the bike. My fitness level is far below what I previously rode with and because of that the mileage is going on the bike slowly. While I'm losing weight slowly, the bike seems to tolerate my 220 pounds just fine. The bike has been used by several family members ranging from 5'5" – 5'9".
