pretty standard shit, almost any cyclist even the ones in the amateur scene have skills like you saw here, most of those guys started racing since they were kids. (IMHO)
Someones holding a super hot rush to the finish line. Or more likely, just back up to the peloton. Either way, them are some mess' skills. Most pro's (or wannabe pros) I see get all skiddish around cars.
Just have enough miles on the bike, and all this is second nature.
I was travelling downhill at 50kph+ once behind 4-5 cars, when a car facing the opposite way that had been waiting to turn made its turn after the final car …. and right in front of me!!! Hard on the brakes, I went, rear wheel went to the right in a hard fishtail and shooting me to the rear of the car (me avoiding slamming into the side of it), only to then come face to face with the next car coming the other way!! More hard break, fishtail again with the rear wheel going out to the left this time … and next thing you know I am back in my lane again heading in the correct direction, free of the cars,s till alive, and still traveling 35-40 kph!!!!
Heart rate had accelerated significantly though.
(So that's what all those years and all those miles in the saddle were for!)
I love to see a wild young kid like this. Experience will show him that there is no need to rush like this to get back on to the bunch. Nice and chilled and in control will see him back in the bunch without any drama. Young crazy and ferrel. He's going to be good.
Are you joking me. Every bike today looks and handles like a mountain bike. His elbows and knees are all over the place trying to control that piece of shit he is riding.
Maybe you people in the cycling world need glasses our something. There was nothing wrong with frame geometry through the 70s, 80, and early 90's until Gaint! And the rest of those idiots in the mountain bike world started crossing mountain bike frame designs with racing frames.

Oh ok, which PEDs?
I thought it was just luck the first time, but watched it again and realised that it was more skill than luck. Very impressive indeed!
He must of been dead set determined to get back on the bunch though to keep on going full gas after a near miss like that!!
Little bit angry ??????
Cool…♪
He must of did some training in Limerick

i would have been most impressed if he had changed gears mid lock up!
Team car was too damn close!
That commissaire cuts him bad and opens a huge gap… no good

You can almost hear him yell "FUCK OUT MY WAY !"
He learned to do this by stealing bikes
And just look at him now. One of the best in the peleton 🙂 He earned that.

You people are either blind or stupid.
Glad Sam's ok after the Milan-San Remo crash.
