VIDEO footage shows the “final run” of former submarine captain Stanislav Rzhitsky, minutes before he was gunned to death while jogging.

CCTV shows a cyclist apparently tailing the 42-year-old on this and previous runs.

Soon after he is seen running, Rzhitsky was riddled with up to seven shots.

    He died on the spot.

Russian law enforcement believe Rzhitsky was shot on the orders of Ukraine and rushed to make an arrest of the “murder suspect”, a father-of-six Ukrainian-born judo teacher Sergei Denisenko, 64.

One year ago, his submarine Krasnodar had fired Kalibr missiles at city Vinnytsia, killing 27, mainly civilians.

Yet it has emerged he was not the captain who gave the order to fire the Kalibrs, having already left the Russian navy before the war to become a mobilisation official in Krasnodar city, where he was shot.

The detained man’s friends allege he has been framed over the shooting, and a number of mysteries have emerged concerning his death.

“His friends and colleagues do not believe in his involvement in the crime,” reported VChK-OGPU Telegram channel.

    1. This is typical Russian propaganda/playbook. They always capture their suspects within the first couple of hours of the crime. Put them on show and show off all the weapons the suspects have kept in their home. I can guarantee the partisan who killed that Sub-commander, a war criminal, has not been caught and never will be.

    2. Here's an important reminder again: EVERYTHING that Russian channels publish voluntarily, should be taken with an industrial-sized grain of salt. The video of the heroic capture of the alleged assassin could very well just be another well placed piece of misinformation…

    3. This killer will regret that he did not shoot himself, he does not know how they break in Russian prisons, he will no longer come out and die in hellish torment!

    4. that's isnt homicide, 'cause…
      1. he's a russian not a human
      2. it's Special Welcome Back Operation
      😂😂😂😂😂😂 sic semper tyrannis

    5. Dangerous time being a Mozcovian military person. Punishment is coming for everyone in due time. Turn yourself in to ICC or Ukrainian government or risk being executed for your crimes with no trial at all, your choice.

    6. Vengeance for all the victims this war criminal murdered.
The man that delivered justice most likely wasnt found, its just russians coping.

    7. Думал, что можно безнаказанно пускать ракеты по мирным жителям чужого государства.

    8. It looks like a miracle how quickly they've catched the killer. But there will be no miracle if we make a suggestion that they have organized this assassination. Reason? There's a reason. Putin takes out his war crimes assistants.
