This was meant to be around 100km but this would have meant bypassing the highest road in Northern Ireland taking in Mourne Mountains so…. course we had to ride it. Stunning views, and even better stone walls 😉

    1. Really enjoyed your mourne trip report Katie. But Nothern Ireland's highest public road is in the Sperrins (Dart Pass 465m). Hope you get a chance to ride it when you are over.

    2. When are you comoing to Snowdonia,if you are bring a rain jacket, and come out of seasson the roads around the national areas are very busy with tourist.

      Gwynfor👍.

    3. A lovely capture Katie. The human race knowing or unknowing is moved by a beautiful vista – a gorgeous topography or a stimulating landscape. Mans innate conscious and subconscious nomadic primal need is to find fertile land and being Inspired and intoxicated by its natural beauty serves us well. Immersing yourself in nature reconnects you in mind heart and soul to what really matters – The land – the light – the air & the sea and when shared & celebrated in the presence of clan serves our primal and utopian addiction to it. A Life lived in natures service or simply existing amongst its beauty doesn't get much better in offering deep fulfilment ! 🙏

    4. I checked the activity on Strava and according to that it isn't the highest paved road in NI. Divis' road at the peak lies at around 1500 – 1600 ft, I am not sure if that's the highest there.

    5. Hi Katie and crew! Thanks for showing a little bit of our Airbnb at the beginning of this brilliant video. Really glad you enjoyed our beautiful countryside – come back sometime…
