How stiff / bomber is that sliding rear end? I see those from time to time and the engineer in me thinks “maybe for on-road riding but maybe not for getting rowdy…”
I have a dream bike that I don’t need and I’m better served by the bikes I have, but anyways it would be a 26/27.5 mullet bike, super low top tube and with a dropper, single speed, disc brakes, 120-130mm fork, 2.25″ tires, not too steep a headtube (67 or 68 range), riser bars. Sort of somewhere in between a dirtjumper, an adult BMX, and a cross country / old school trail bike…
