Welcome to the 19th episode in which we start our Balkan adventure. We start in the north of Serbia in the city of Subotica, whose architectural style draws heavily from Art Nouveau and Gaudi’s achievements. Subotica is sometimes called the eastern cousin of Barcelona, which is definitely visible on the streets through the large number of trees and a specific architectural style.
