About 3 weeks ago I was in a not too spectacular crash but I got impaled by a small branch about 1 1/2 inches into my leg and into my leg muscle. Muscle has mostly recovered but the hole will take awhile to heal.

Can't believe how many peeps are only wearing headgear, I just got my MTB and I won't be caught dead without the chest protector, arm and leg pads in addition to a full face helmet and gloves!
