    1. Great inspired music!!! Lovely to cycle along too and what a beautiful place! We did Zaanse Schaans, Edam, Marken and Volendam on foot but wish we had hired bikes now!

    2. Another fantastic video with great music. I lived in The Netherlands for a few years motivated by their cycling infrastructure and North Holland was a lovely province to explore so lots of happy memories. Nice beer too, especially when the bars stock the odd Belgium beer or two as well! And a Quins top to round off a great lockdown workout experience!

    6. Loving the 80s soundtrack! 'So good' to hear that Tourists song again after all this time.

I was hoping to get over to spend a couple of weeks cycling around NL in summer 2020. I'd done lots of preparation about routes and stopping places. Fortunately nothing booked. I could possibly have gone over this summer, but didn't want to risk changes to amber lists, etc.

I hadn't really thought about looking for Youtube videos a couple of years ago, but like a lot of people I've spent a ridiculous amount of time watching stuff online recently. I'm so glad this video came up as a suggestion by the algorithm!

    7. What an absolutely beautiful country! European countries in general are the most picturesque and charming, not only for their natural beauty but for me, it's mainly because of that old world charm; those majestic ornate buildings, as well the peaceful, quaint and pretty villages from bygone eras is what really gets me.
