A two-day bikepacking trip across the Croatian islands of Cres and Lošinj I did in September 2019.
Starting from the village of Brseč on Croatia’s mainland coast, I reached Cres by ferry on a Saturday morning. I then moved towards the south, cycling the steep roads of Cres and Lošinj, arriving at the southernmost point of Lošinj in the early afternoon. I cycled all the way back the next day.
I rode alone most of the time, enjoying the breathtaking views that those two wonderful islands have to offer.
