Since the initial build, I’ve been commuting to work on the bike I now affectionately refer to as Garbage Boy (8.5 miles per day) plus several longer rides for fun on weekends. While I initially planned on replacing this old thing relatively quickly, I now think I’ll be upgrading and continuing to ride it for some time. New chainring and rear cog and brake are on their way, and I think I’ll be picking a new wheel set for my birthday coming up! Also slapped a rear fender on it as fall is quickly approaching!
