Hiii, sorry I’ve been a bit MIA. Coming in hot with an August cycling catch up, post trip to Bormio for Stelvio, to say hello and catch up.

We’ve been busying about in Barcelona watching La Vuelta for my Step Dad’s 60th birthday surprise (catching stage 1 and 2 – which featured the team time trial in the dark (more to come on that!), I cycled the Garmin Ride Out event and we took to Girona for a few days of cycling up mountains and coastlines. Coming soon, footage of Rocacorba and the iconic Girona coast road.

Thanks so much for all the support, really appreciate any likes, comments and subscribes ❤

  1. I just love your positivity and enthusiasm. Looking forward to the vids you outlined plus maybe some on the new training regime and how that works out.

  2. I was beginning to think we'd lost you two! 😀SO great to have you back on YouTube to get caught up on your adventures and stories. I totally get that prioritizing outdoor riding when the weather and opportunities happen are to be taken advantage of… me too, ALWAYS!!!! – Bob (Toronto, Canada)
