Loving these videos. Keep up the good work fellas.
Sorry to break it to you chaps, but New Zealand has the longest place name in the world.

Oof!!
So my takeaway from this is if you can't climb don't go to North Wales.
Who made all these paths/roads? And why?
Hellfire pass connects Tegid and Vyrnwy, a loop that's been on my Rhayader for quite some time. North wales can be divided up into so many sections that it's hard to feature them all. The Tyfi coast road and Neigwl bay are two big misses from this video. Great work as always, remember mid and south wales exist as well.
My list of climbs to do in Wales are the Devil's Elbow, Devil's Staircase, Hellfire Pass, Gospel Pass, Y Tymbl, and the Cowlyd. I believe the highest is the easiest.
Great video Guys! 👏. Wales undoubtedly has some fantastic climbs for the cyclist to try ( and enjoy!)
Yes, officially NZ's Baldwin St is steeper 34.8% to your 28.6% measured at centre line. So you rode one of steepest streets, not the steepest
Dear Francis, road and street both refer to hard, flat surfaces on the ground for vehicles, people, or animals to travel on — but there are differences. A street is usually found in a city or town, has houses or buildings on both sides. A road can be in the countryside and might go through a forest or field.
Wales, for the uninitiated, is another country! (Unless of course, you live in Wales)
I'm definitely enjoying this video series. Lots of inspiration for future trips. I did a ride from Barmouth up the estuary to Dolgellau and then around the bottom of Cader Idris past Cregennan Lakes last time I was there which was epic by my standards. Definitely want to get up to Bala this summer.
Bad ass dude! Welcome to North Wales! You visited some of the best sites!.
1. Ynys Môn has some awsome roads although very flat. Why not cycle around the island.
2. Llandudno's Gogarth is a very good loop.
3. Llanberis climb or decent Pen y Pass.
4. Old Roman Road from Bethesda to Llyn Ogwen.
Next time give them a go!
Bring back the milk race 😊
Safe, rural streets and gravel rides are typically a pain to get to in the United States. Be grateful for what you have in England/Wales/Scotland
Decent loop round lake Vyrnwy which on the whole is fairly flat ! Great if you dont like climbing and there's a cafe on route 👍🚲
Garmin needs to send you around the world, like your style of presentation!
Hellooo
New sungod glasses??
Now you have to go to Hawaii to have Jimmi pronounce the state fish, the Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa.
Bloody loving the format! The clear hard work is paying off in my opinion
Rhyl 2p machines in Les Harkers !!! Always win a Prize !
Thank you for doing my little bit of the world justice, some amasing riding around here. You missed of the Great Orme climb and Pen Y Pass both are nice rides with incredible views!
Great videos guys, if anything they are too short to truly show the quality of riding in the area.
But appreciate you are there for only one day?
If you are thinking of going to these locations, I think with 4-5 days riding time you should be able to squeeze a good portion of great riding in – both off and on road.
Is the system of gradation the same as the US? Cause those gradients seem insane
Can you supply what gearing you used?
i always appreciate the brave souls who suffer for our entertainment
Might be the best video yet in the series! Had a lovely vacation in North Wales about a decade ago – had a pint of Purple Moose Snowdonia Ale (Cwrw Eryri) at the summit of Carnedd Llewelyn and it tasted glorious.
I love that jersey, Francis
Simply incredible scenery there, but get out of the way Jimmi. And Welsh words always look misspelled, it's wild.
lovely format ❤ as you suggested in the podcast, take more time and a camper van to not burn out
Like the new style videos. Try Allt Y Gwernant – Llangollen; 13% up onto the tops, steep and quiet. Hard-ish, Although I was fully loaded bike packing trip. Awesome views along the top road across the valley.
What about some links, so we can find these climbs?
After hearing the latest podcast, kudos on the road trip!
I enjoy this type of content
More of this content, please! Should you come to Canada, would love to meet. Cheers!
My road is steeper.
I am really enjoying your new format as it is inspiring me to vacations in England by bicycle, thank you for content
Why is it even a question that the UK has fantastic riding? I’d move there if I could just for the riding.
So i guess i'll leave my bike at home if i do come visit north wales 🤔
Good series this. Lovely. Thanks!
If Garmin wants us to explore the countryside , why can’t I put their topo maps on to my edge?
Maybe I could manage the Bala circular!!
