    In the first video of a new Girona Uncovered series on GCN, Hank visits Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio, one of the world’s best climbers, who currently rides for AG Insurance – Soudal Quick-Step. They chat about life as a pro cyclist in Girona, Ashleigh’s Rocacorba Cycling business and community, and then head out for a ride up the epic climb from which it takes its name.

      This was an amazing documentary!
      A mix between cycling world and a travel video.

      I loved all that first part learning about Ashleigh, her environment and facilities.
      Hank is really good at immersing himself while interviewing.

      Then of course the ride, especially before the climb, it's almost like a podcast but on 2 wheels instead of a comfy sofa in some studio.

      And the barbecue at the end of the ride was such a nice touch. Those are the kind of moments in life you just appreciate and could be translated for anyone cycling here.
      A good nice dinner with friends or family after a hard ride.

      Kudos to the whole team.

      Ashleigh is a delight and all amateur cyclists can relate to just how hard it would be to hold Ashleigh's wheel up that grueling climb.

      She is amazing and where she lives is truly heaven (I'm just down the road a few hundred kilometers). I think Ashleigh has definitively answered the age-old question: Are eggs good for you? Sí, yes, and hell yes!

      I like the way she throws Vallter into the conversation, I have ridden it and recorded one of the slowest times (I was 68 at the time and living nearby) but to cross from Girona and then ride to the ski station is no mean achievement, chapeau!

      0:07 loves the segment with Ms. Moolman Pasio, I was a bit jealous of both the roads and the Rocacorba Cycling facility. Are there other European cycling centers like Rocacorba? I’m thinking of planning a trip that would include Rocacorba and one other European cycling destination.
