    1. Pogacar has a habit of making competitive finishes more challenging than need be. He has made questionable tactical decisions regarding when to go and what line to take. UAE (and Pogacar), would be better served by encouraging open competition for the line (no more R/P/S) between UAE teammates. Pogacar is still young and needs more repetitions in the final meters.
The peloton is adapting. Pogacar’s anointed status will be tested more frequently in the coming seasons. Winning and taking bonus seconds will become a necessity for victory, no longer a gift to be “shared” with teammates and situational allies.
Pogacar is extraordinary and I love to watch him compete but his competition is getting stronger. Taking every second, every victory at every opportunity is important. It would be unfortunate if Pogacar were to find himself struggling for precious week-3 seconds having squandered bonus seconds in week 1 by “gifting” a win to a teammate.

    2. Pogajar wasnt going to sprint I think, or was preping for wattage needed for the sprint at the end.

Your ccommentary and journalism has really improved having been great to begin with. World cycling commentary was runied by Phil Ligget.

    3. I know people say that Pogi didn’t have the real competition here, but know what? Slovenians know how to throw a great race. It was really fun to watch :3

    4. Just refuse to take the lead. When Pogacar realizes the breakaway had failed, don't let him go straight into drafting behind you… even brake if needed.
