In norway you can find good camping places for free.Sometimes you can find whole house.

Actually, in France there is some places to camp for free, they are called bivuac's area, in general they're showed by a sign and authorised. Not everywhere, for sure, but actually, traveling a bit there and there, I was surprised. Then, never with a sauna, faut pas déconner non plus
I think Lithuania is very good for hiking, but I also ride my uni on forest roads and prefer them over tarmac. Forests are full of picnic sites, but not so much of camping areas.
To not have freezing feet, cook some water at camp, put it into a bottle, and then inside your sleeping bag! Will warm you up all night!
3:14 I got the same cold feet issue. Wool socks at night, especially merino wool is the only thing I can think of for when you're out there to keep your feet warm. LOL Come to Estonia, nevermind don't come! LOL.
