Alleykat rides the phenomenal road from Dhërmi south towards Sarandë in Albania. Today’s ride has a bit of a story too… we somehow ended up with a companion that we had to drop, found a fortress and experienced amazing hospitality all the way along this scenic road.

Poor dog 🙁 I once found a fortress in the hills of Montenegro. It was totally empty, with heavy vegetation around it, and it was open. It would be a entrance fee if that was next to the see, but up in the mountain, nobody cares.
Please comment, and I know this sounds dumb but: What about doing that same road, but northward, in the other direction? Maybe I'd be miffed that I don't see the sea as well, as I'm on the other side of the road? Or just whatever-don't-worry?
