    1. The worst mistakes are misjudging trafic and crash. Big Lorrys might not se you when they turn. The old lady with the dog, and the dog moves, tha band stretches….Do not take risks in trafic.

    2. I bought a new bike for the first time time since college. I did two laps around my block, and then I threw up, lol

    3. Always use a saddle with a cut out. Selle SMP is a great choice but there are others. Make sure your sit bones contact the saddle in a way that is noticeable way when you ride.

    4. As someone who is exploring the hobby – I have to ask as this is the second or third GCN video I’ve seen that recommends carrying a pump, intertube, and snacks yet I don’t see any storage space anywhere. Where am I supposed to carry an intertube??

    5. Nice video. One thing I learnt is, plan how long would you like to ride the Bicycle and do a proper warm up like for every other exercise for few Kilometers. I do it like 17km on a Mountain Bike on hard trail everyday, so I take it really easy for first 5KMs per se. So proper warm up will give more energy to get going longer. So dont rush it!
