Wouldn’t recommend them, those generic MTB pedals aren’t great.

I have that first one – same color, same pins on my casual bike I ride with my little one. They’re good. Very low profile, which is more of a mountain bike thing. I wish the pins were a little pointier but not guaranteed scar tissue pointy. For around $20 I have no complaints. Can’t vouch for their BMX suitability though.

They’re not ideal because the platform is so big you can easily drag them on the ground. I run HT plastics with metal pins filed down a bit shorter. They work well and have lasted with no issues. Very light too.

Just get the odyssey grandstands. They’re awesome, cheap, and then your money goes back into the bmx industy

I run the Rock Bros on my mountain bike, good quality for the price. Not sure I’d put them on a BMX though.
