Hey all, purchased a new Trek Fuel EXE 9.8 and there is a mark on the handlebars.
I pointed it out and they said it wasn't structural and shrugged.
If I'd done it, I'd be like 'well that's shit' and move on, but I didn't, and it was like that at pickup.
For reference, I decided to wrap the bike, and hope to keep it 'perfect' as long as I can, whether thats forvever, or a couple of rides, while still enjoying the bike.
The question is: Is this reasonable, or should it be perfect when I get it, and should I ask for the handlebars to be replaced?
