Enjoying a ride before it gets unbearably cold, and depressingly dark, here in Anchorage, Alaska. Phase 1 of my Surly Karate Monkey mods is complete. New bars, bags and seat post along with gold accents have added comfort and a touch of uniqueness to an otherwise stellar ride. Since this picture was taken I’ve changed the grips, shortened the stem, and added 45 NRTH studded tires.
