Athens! We’d made it, whilst we’d been forced to take the train and skip part of it due to some very frustrating tendonitis… we’d reached the capital of Greece and our last destination where we’d fly home to Scotland.

I love and hate Athens, it’s amazing, it’s dirty, it’s full of scabby hippies, bin fires and some of the most amazing cultural sites on the planet. You can get amazing coffee, food and vibes but struggle to walk holding hands down the street cause they’re so narrow. It’s not an easy city but if you have the time to get into the beat of it, it’s a must visit destination.

Our bicycle tour had finally come to an end, it’s bitter sweet and whilst I was definitley excited to get home, it’s hard not to be sad that it’s over.
I really hope you’ve enjoyed this series and will stick with the channel as I continue it and make more fun videos.

We used this tent for the whole six month trip and it’s the bomb.

    1. Aaah it’s been an amazing series! I love the montage at the end and your rant about old buildings was pretty mental so all in all, I’m a big fan. Congrats on completing it 😊

    2. This is seriously the best bicycle touring video series I have watched. Please make a million more!
You have a great style and have a great sense of humour. I can't stop saying "Big Jobby!" and laughing…

    3. I am from Greece but from a small city in Crete. I never liked Athens. It always seemed so chaotic and noisy. I have been living in Sofia for five years now and i love it here. Even though I think it's an ugly city it is so much more convenient and organized

    4. Just wanted to say mate that was a great series! Thoroughly enjoyed watching it and really looked forward to watching each and every episode (which is a great sign). You've gave me the buzz to get on the bike for a big trip! I'm looking to do the Wild Atlantic Way (West Coast of Ireland) in August so I'll be taking some pointers from your series on how to make good bike-touring content, cheers!

    5. One more thing, if you haven't already I'd recommend trying to promote some of your content on cycling / bike-touring reddit forums. More people need to see this series! All the best 🍀
