Not sure how fussed you are/if you shoot video in auto mode, but the flickering lights at 0:16 is caused by having the shutter speed not as a multiple of the frequency of the lights. House hold electrics in the UK are 50Hz, so if you set the camera to shoot 1/50s, 1/100s, 1/150s….. etc you'll be fine. Not really cycling related but thought it might help 👌

If you’re a youth or junior rider you also need a calendar card which you can get from British Cycling for £12, allow loads of time for it to arrive it’s a slow process. Also a 30mm rim limit for Youth (U16 and under)
It's cheap to race in Belgium. But the standard appears very high which makes getting the prize money a difficult undertaking
