In Essex, can Sarah and Charlie end their eight-month house-hunt and finally flee their nests? And Toby and Simone try to balance budget with expectations to take that first step onto the ladder.
I'm watching this show obsessively to keep my mind off the horrors of the election back in the States. Glad I live in Italy, but family and best friends live back in the States. I couldn't be more anxious if I lived there 🥺😬😦
I could not use the large garden at the double tiered flat in Finchley; having to go through somebody else to reach it would feel like too much of an intrusion. It would have been so easy to circumvent that problem by fencing the two private areas differently. I don't know why this wasn't done.
The thatched roofs are lovely. They must need quite specialized upkeep. I wonder what the differences in protection and energy ratings are? I'm a sucker for a thatched cottage. I've never even seen any here in the States. Fortunately I've been lucky to see and tour quite a few in England and Wales.
I'm noticing a trend: nice-looking young women who seem reasonably intelligent…and then they open their mouths and the ugliest voice comes out and you just want them to be quiet and go away.

👎👎👎 there's no such thing as season/series 42 for this show.
The 'kid' needs to lose the backwards hat. Time to grow up.
