I bought a second hand SRAM Rival 1 groupset for my nicasio+, but the calipers don't fit. Do you guys know what adaptor I would need? Or do I maybe need a different set of calipers meant for gravel? I mostly use it for commuting through Amsterdam.

It depends on a lot of stuff, but good news: It’s possible! You seem to have an I.S. mount. There’s a ton of options for adapters (you can make sure it’s an I.S. mount by measuring the distance between the holes, it should be 51cm).
You need to look at your brake rotors and find the radius. Then find an an adapter from I.S. to flat mount based on the radius of your brake rotors. (You may have post mount brakes calipers, do some googling, look at photos, it should be pretty obvious but I’m 98% sure you have flat mount. This shouldn’t change anything, just get the appropriate adapter)
Here’s an example I found with some quick googling:

you need an IS to flat mount adapter. unfortunately for you, those require a 180mm front rotor and 160mm rear rotor. I think those are 160s, so you’ll need to find a 180 to replace the front one. alternatively, you can check the SRAM compatibility chart and find a post-mount caliper that plays nice with your levers.
