Canyon is more bang for your buck. Specialized has good customer support I’ve heard, but they always have the lowest spec and highest price.

Totally different bikes, the specialized is a cross country hardtail and the canyon is a trail/enduro hardtail
That said the stoic has way better specs

This also depends on what you plan on doing with the bike.

Both overpriced for what they are.

Specs aside this is a trail bike vs xc bike, pick for what you wanna ride. One is more agile, second is clonky but quite good at descending. There is a mix of both worlds like canyon grand canyon

Personally I would say Stoic, better specs, less money spent, but that’s just me

I just got that exact Specialized Chisel from a. Local shop for $1300 brand new but I was looking for something to compliment my Ripmo.
Depends what kind of riding you want to do to recommend either of these.

I have a stoic from a few years back – bombproof and very fun to ride downhill
