That’s my neck of the woods, yipeeeee 😊
Love from India ❤
Nice vid.
I still don't understand how the heck Kyle manages to destroy his cleats so quickly. I know you both ride a lot but something doesn't seem right. 🤔
I’d be having 3 cafe stops on a 200k ride.
Amy – you're a good egg for somehow not sweating on Kyle's snacks!
Next person to question our Kyle is gonna get some fisty cuffs
your vlog is so interesting i love your energy . keep the rides coming
You've not been doing a lot of Yippees recently what's going on. Need more please.
You do speak some wise calm words and and the way you said about taking things for granted.
Such inspiration. Im hesitant to do 100km rides. gotta push myself harder I guess!
I can't get my head around you needing something substantial with a sausage roll in your pocket, I know what I would have done 😀 But a really great video and most importantly: Your mood is so infectious when you talk about how much you're enjoying it that it is honestly a big help. I haven't had a good day mentally and wasn't able to get outside at all today, so I am just vicariously loving your ride with you, it all helps a little bit 🙂
Princess Malones…always such a hot package…she should be Paradise !!! and Duke Kyle looking in great shape…it seems The Duke has been sober at least for one full week !!! Go Duke Go !!!
nothing better than a solo ride!
Love your content
Did you pair like church farm cafe?😋😋
Well done Amy , you went through my home town Rugby, had I know I would have cheered you on.
You guys are an inspiration. Don't ever change ❤
Personal opinion warning!… videos are always much better when it's you guys just riding for the fun of it. So much better than the corporate events with a 20 min ride here and a dinner there etc
Great video Amy. Shame we didn't know you was staying at the hotel, it's literally round the corner from where we live. And just seen you in the Chequers pub. Hope you managed to find the cycle cafe The Hub in Redbourn village
Martin and Val
One bottle? Why? Makes no sense at all
That looked like a great ride Amy, great effort doing it on your own with no windbreaking from Kyle😉I also love cycling on my own, you can do what you like and go at your own pace😊I had 2 awesome rides this week, 100 miles on Monday and 57 today and both in lovely sunshine😁 which doesn't happen often in Scotland😂10000ft of climbing between the 2 also so I got a good workout👍
7:21 near where I met Amy and Kyle cycling home from Italy ❤
Great cycling you don't need a car when you can cycle that far.
Bravissima Amy, è sempre un piacere guardare i tuoi video ed ascoltare le tue considerazioni. Ciao. Marco
Papaya? Enjoyed the video thanks!
I don't know if I would still be smiling and bubbly after 200Km – you're awesome Amy!! 😁Setting small (ish) but realistic goals is the right way to go. That's how I have always organised my fitness and health goals – nothing too ambitious on it's own, but slotted into a bigger program every segment becomes vitally important to the success of the main goal whether it be weight-loss, or average speed, or a distance ride, or a time trial – whatever. You are truly an inspiration for riding long rides on your own, and by taking us along with you, you show many people that even rides which might seem really tough can be fun. btw, try to remember to take some "emergency" energy gels with you. If you miss your cafe stop, or feel your energy levels dropping earier than you thought they would you can slurf a gel or two, and that will keep you energised for a good stretch until you get to somewhere you can refuel properly. Keep the vids coming, I love them. Can't wait till the next one. TTFN.🚴♀
what size is your frame your bike looks amazing
I was wondering where the cafe was when you said Ivinghoe, it’s the old village school. I grew up in Ivinghoe, must have ridden up that hill to the Beacon and Ashridge scores of times. Lovely area to ride. Hope you enjoyed the weekend and I’m looking forward to the next vid.
Don’t cut out the beers Kyle you are entertaining when you are tipsy!
Amy have you used a Garmin varia, it connects to your Garmin and warns you of cars behind accelerating towards you I think before you can hear them
That flatbread looked awesome.
I love the cafe stops !
Amy you’re absolutely unbelievable, you make 128 miles look a breeze 😊 Then you’re out again the following day…..wowzer. Love watching your videos ❤🚴♂️
Nothing taught me gratitude like those long, hard rides. Much more so in winter, when a 1000 km ride that would be easy in summer becomes a very hard ride. Experience the cold, wind, rain, hunger and nowhere warm to sleep and the ever ticking clock that means you must keep moving and have little time to rest if you want to complete the ride in time. You're grateful for those few crumbs of comfort that you can find and when you finally arrive home, life is great because you have food, shelter and a warm bed. Even if I failed the ride. I won't have given in lightly or without good reason. The gratitude is immense!
Another great video 👌. Just listening to your podcast Kyle is an absolute legend literally reminds me of a man you would want to have by your side in the trenches in WW1 unbelievable story great man great couple health and happiness to you both ☺️. Haven't been out on my bike in 4 weeks literally have no get up and go literally have no reason why breaking me but watching your vids give me bike guilt to get back out 😉. Love the channel keep ere lit folks 👍
This! This is the kind of video that got me hooked on your channel. Riding bikes and uplifting inspirational dialogue. You are such a breath of fresh air! And it makes me want to go ride my bike. It’s so therapeutic. Thank you Amy! And Kyle!! 💙
7:23 What’s the monument behind you? You live in such a wonderful country. So much history.
Think if the caff was further than I thought I would have ate Kyle’s sausage roll if I was you 😂
Yipeee
Love ya Amy. your positive spirit. Can't wait to represent with my tee shirt 😊😊😊😊 PS a Anixiety LIFER my self @ 61
We are in the USA and I love your side of the ocean, something i would never had seen without you
You need to check with with YouTube why your subscribers numbers never change
Agree that these are the videos that work best for you. But the recent podcast was quite remarkable and the jollies vids are just part of following you. That said, they have exposed Kyle to some odd criticism, in my opinion. People might have noticed that at the jollies most people were having a drink. Most of us have surely done the same? Maybe not but I'd have done the same Kyle.
Anyway a nice relaxing vid I think, and watching you crush 128 miles with a smile on your face was pretty cool.
Enjoy your weekend.
That pie looked amazing!
Nice one, heck of a solo ride. BTW, Kyles pie was nearly bigger than his cap, great cap tho'.
Would love to ride that far someday! Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
Preston Capes, one of my regular routes goes through that area south of Daventry. Some great roads round there.
Jullie zijn weer goed bezig super
Best vid!!! Hard to believe there was a time in your life when you wanted to "give up". What a tragedy for all of us who've had the privilege of getting to know you over the past two years!
Cheers Amy,
Pjw
