Any time I lift the front end while under weight a loud noise comes from the front end. I'm only assuming Its the suspension.
Why is my front suspension making a loud popping noise when I lift the front end?

Just the fork returning back really quickly. Does it with real basic forks
Hard to tell from the video, is the fork properly installed in the head tube? Sounds like the steerer is sliding and the fork is crashing into the headset.
Grab the head tube with one hand and the stem with the other and try to shake them. Is there any play?
Sorry bro. But that is a cheap bike, so you get cheap bike noises.
headset proload too low
This fork is junk. It doesn’t have a damper, so it rebounds violently. Which defeats the purpose of suspension.
What you are experiencing is top-out noise.
Top-out is a technical term for the fork returning yo full travel.
The other things you hear might be a snapped coil and play in bushings.
But some pricier forks were noisy at top-out too.
One I had was Marzocchi Corsa.
