looks like the freewheel has taken itself apart, i have never seen that happen before and I am not sure how that actually happens. I would take the wheel off the bike, you might be able to get the freewheel reassembled but a new freewheel might be required, new freewheels are cheap. if you cant get the freewheel back together it will make getting the part threaded onto the hub hard to get off, but not impossible. you can find guides to removing disassembled freewheels

Yeh mate, I’d take that to a bike shop. There’s a particular tool you need in order to remove and replace that cassette.
Take it there, stick around and see how it’s done ( if you can).
