Hi everyone! I’m considering buying this bike, but I’d love to get some opinions before making a decision. For those who know more about bikes, does this model seem worth the price? ($1700) Are there any pros and cons I should know about?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Try to counter for 1500. That would be a damn good deal. As long as the frame is good.
Ask the seller about their maintenance schedule for the suspension. How often and most recent fork and shock services.
Could be a good deal. Or it could be clapped out.

I have a transition patrol love the bike easily customisable and it just runs so nice yes this is definitely worth 1700 try get it down if you can but it is definitely high spec this one. Looks well maintained definitely worth it btw the patrols have quite small sizes like mines a large and it’s quite small so you’ll definitely need to check to sizing on it.
Seems like a great deal! Be ready to spend another $500 on suspension work at some point but even then I would say go for it, that’s just used bikes in general.
For once, it seems legit. The bike as seens some action, but its well equiped. Proper fun bike. Give the man his price, he’s not upselling.
Ask about maintenance. When was the last time shocks were serviced, how often the clean the chain, where does it get serviced etc.
Check frame for cracks. If it checks out go for it.
And lol I thought the graphics on the top of the frame was bird shit until I zoomed in.
Yeah worth it. Both wheels are crap, and those dpx2 shocks are also crap, you loose air can air past the shaft seal into the damper….
Not that the specs are bad, i just think this bike is super ugly, i don’t know why the seller has different colors everywhere
That head tube concerns me, and I work with carbon and composite repairs.
Transition makes solid bikes. My son has the patrol, loves it
