$15 find at Salvation Army. I always see everyone else's posts on these cheap bike steals from thrift shops and never thought I would find one.
Today's my lucky day l guess.

Uhm….. quick searching on that bike yields the following quote: “The subject bicycle is a city bicycle/commuter and is circa 1986.The frame is plain gauge Tange #5 with hi-tensile stays and forks,so it’s a slight step up over Carbolite 103,but falls well short of Reynolds 501 or 531. It is almost certainly contract manufactured in Asia and should have an English threading.”
I literally wouldn’t buy it for $15

I would build something from it. Folks are into that color combo and 80s Toyota striping. All city did one just like that five years ago.
