I tried all the tricks, but the only thing that worked when I did the exact same thing was to (CAREFULLY!) drill it out. Go slow, and make sure you don’t hit the crank arm. Then drive a new screw behind the old one to push it the rest of the way out.

Try tightening the other bolt to relive the pressure pushing on the head of this bolt
hammer in a slightly oversized torx wrench, a cheap one preferably and undo it that way
