Hi, I can only tighten the fixed axis of the front wheel using a 6 cm lever that cannot be removed, so a torque wrench cannot be used. In the instructions it is written that it should be a maximum of 10 nm, can someone explain to me how much I should tighten it according to feeling or if it is even possible to develop such a force with such a small lever. Thank you very much for your reply.

Not familiar with that bike, but most of the time those levers can be removed, you just have to wiggle them a lot. Now saying that, I’d just tighten it as much as i can by hand and call it good.

  2. Depending on the model the black lever part may pop out revealing a hex slot. If not then loose hand tight is how I do it. Not really sure how to describe it better.

  3. That’s called a thru-axle.

Tighten it snug with your hands, strong enough to leave some mark on your hand when you release it. That’s the purpose of the lever.

I brought up the same inconsistency a few weeks back. I reached out to support they couldn’t give me a precise answer either. However what I did is I have a second bike that tightens to 10nm by torque wrench, I tightened that and then used a handle insert on it once I knew it was 10nm. It did not budge. Then I felt more comfortable tightening my canyon by hand knowing that I won’t be able to exert that much force with the small handle. I hope this helps!!
