as far as the size/fit someone else who knows more about bikes is gonna have to answer.

Looks to be a 54cm frame. Roughly the right size for someone of your height. Stand over the top tube and see how much gap there is between the top tube and your gooch. When you’re riding make sure you’re not too stretched out on the hoods or in the drops. You should have a good bend in your elbows.
I’m 5 9ish and ride a 58 with race geo because I don’t like a lot of drop between my saddle and bars.
However,that bike is old af and needs some work. I’d say $60 tops. Anyway, good luck finding a bike you like.

That’s a cool bike. I’d pay 100 and learn to do some basic mechanic stuff to tune it up. That’s a pretty frame. And it won’t get stolen as easy as a fancier bike too. Wait a couple of weeks and send them an offer. Just see if it fits you.
