These videos are engagement boosters. Literally all small-time football analyzing youtubers are now trying to act sceptical towards Amorim.
And what has your club done in that decade, mate? In fact, what has your club done since its inception? Keep my club's name out of your mouth. When you achieve anything worth talking about, then we can talk.
I am ONE!!
Even though I don't disagree with the sacking of EtH, I actually think he was unlucky. It is clear he has a style of play from his Ajax days. In his next job, as long as he has the right players, I am sure he will prove that.
At United, I sense that he made several attempts at getting a style of play established but he needed everyone on the pitch, to be able to carry out instructions. If he couldn't get everyone on the pitch to play to tactics, the system would never properly work, which is why it seemed like he would just put his best players out there and rely on individual moments.
I hope Amorim is somehow able to get these guys to play according to plan but I suspect, he will need to continue the long process of clearing players out. So, I don't expect immediate results and patience will be key for Amorim to succeed at United.
The main hope im clinging onto with Amorim is that he's INEOS' manager. Sure, Ten Hag had some backing form INEOS but this is the manager brought in by the new regime, and they'll want to back him to the hilt. That could be detrimental, but i hope it gets rid of player power and players who have been here far too long
music from lemmino?
If Amorim comes and sells Rashford and Luke Shaw alongside Anthony, I believe he will be successful.
#GGMU ❤
Let me tell you something, If Man United somehow wins Premier League again, it will be the biggest Social Experiment of the World.
We will shout & Celebrate so much that You won't even imagine.😅
People say beat city 4:1, why didnt mourniho win a cl or the league he did it with other clubs.. and and..
Because Man Utd is the status quo. People love to hate them.
Man City can win the next 10 league titles but people would still see them as cheater.
Thats another thing I noticed people do they always try to inflate the prices Manchester United pay for things or make it seem worse than it is. Example you said United had to pay roughly £15 million to Erik Ten Hag now I get it rounding up fair but its £13.5 million but whatever rounding up like I said I get it. Now when it comes in to getting the new manager it's 11 million euros. Once again making it seem worse then saying £8 million. This can also be seen when it comes to transfers for players they always include add ons for Utd players like Antony they always quote the players with the add ons included. But when looking at other teams they normally ever only include the upfront fee thats been paid.
the way I judge if Amorim or anyone else is a good signing or not is can they break the post Ferguson vicious cycle
personally I don't think he will be able to
They could always pick another club like they did with utd in the first place
My only thoughs are : poor Sporting fans. Losing their manager to the most annoying overrated club in the world.
If Dan Ashworth is happy I would take his word for it.. If not then hey pass the popcorn
I think holding unto Ten Hag's trophies would be their downfall … well depends on how further down can they go. But people criticizing Arsenal for not winning anything and then praising a 14th in the league Man Utd just cause they "won something" is … weird
U should have put " What does he even do? 🤔" In the thumbnail
Being born and living in Manchester I can tell you that our fan base is the most toxic bunch of blokes I've ever seen in any sport. I think it's a requirement for being a fan. Ten Hag is a great coach and these players wouldn't buy in and fought him screaming the whole way
You guys are forgetting one thing. It's still the same players.
Given a better left wing back choice I actually think United could work with a back three.
Yoro-De Ligt-Martinez.
Erik ten hag is not an up and coming manager. He's 55. He's coached for 12+ years now. Armorim is a young coach like an Xabi or Arteta.
Loving these utd fans hoping amorin is fantastic cos of that city win. City shot themselves in the foot. Amorin also has the best striker in the world on form in that sporting team. United have zirkzee. Who has one pl goal . Hes fucked
Nistelroy is the man for the job
I’m a Chelsea fan but don’t hate Utd, I don’t even hate Tottenham tbh, you kind of feel obligated to say you hate Tottenham but I really don’t. Utd I have no feelings for or against like any other EPL club. 💙
and Amorim will be the same, you take him from us, and probably will ruin another great manager, because United is the problem not the managers. United as a club and structure is the problem, and Amorim will not fix that
It's insane how people only talk about "outside top 5 leagues" players and managers when they are linked to a richer club and then they inevitably perform worse there and still get way more hype, like this is toxic imo
It will be just another fail. This club is sinking without a trace, exactly like Milan.
"I don't see the likes of Casemiro working well under Amorim"
Me neither and thank god, we need a squad revamp.
Nowt new everyone has hated us since the 90s
Ten hag may have done well in Holland but if Mourinho or van gaal couldn't do it Erik never stood a chamce
8 million + 13 million = 25 million
Yeh sounds right
I am sick of all the comparisons with ten hag, amorim did the impossible for my sporting, we had won 1 league title in 39 fucking years, mf got TWOOO, AND HE COULD´VE GOTTEN ANOTHER ONE THIS YEAR, they are NOT the same, and your are so lucky to have him, you have no idea, you will see
United being poor is considered more Box Office than any other team sweeping up trophies. Especially City. But they're a small club anyway. Successful but small.
