I am 64 and in exact same position. Can’t wait to watch.
Elephants have to walk on their toes but we couldn't do that for hours. Good, heel toe, heel toe. 😮. Thanks Will.
You are an intelligent physio. God bless you always
Thank you for your video. Very helpful with the demonstration along with the written details pop up.
You are a Godsend for 50 plus
My sister watching a forward from me immediately ordered your copy 😊
Thanks Will.
my case is very similar to the case you are featuring here Will Harlow, however I have constant pain in that knee (mild in other knee) and it is stabbing and aching knee pain that is mostly unbearable and typical painkillers have given me almost NO RELIEF….I am on waiting list for knee replacement….though dreading it very much…
Sir can you please start teaching 🙏 Human anatomy and biomechanics & kinesiology
At 78, I was diagnosed with stage 4 arthritis. My Ortho surgeon would not discuss surgery. He prescribed physical therapy. Within weeks I was walking for 20 minutes at a time with no pain. I am now up to 50 minutes.
I still have the flat foot limp that was not addressed. Thanks for the video.
Thank you so much for your information Will !!! I have been doing your recommended exercises for arthritic knees and am so pleased with the results I have suffered for a number of years using pills creams ect ect and I am amazed at the results
Thank you so very much for your advice 😊 ☺
THANK YOU 🙏
I'm 61 and got left knee pain on the hack squat machine. Stopped doing the hack squats but pain persists. I'm going to try these exercises, thank you so much!

Will'! I didn't know that 'Gentle Men' had knees!😂😅😊
Sorry! But I can't help my childish jokes!😊
Will' I know I have been naughty, but could you do a foot/ankle version of this?😊
I needed that.
Great video, which is also of help to me, thanks Will! (BTW, "my gentleman" sounds rather quaint. How about "my client" or "my patient"?)
Thanks for your teaching and caring Will. Keep up the good work, all your exercises are easy and it works for me.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have knocked knees due to arthritis and some swelling. I also had a fall with side splitting 6 years ago. My ligaments were stretched badly.
I had done physio, exercises.
I have full extension of my knees, cand flex them, but I am stiff in the morning and pain when walking and instability in the knees due to pain.
Shall I still try the exercises?
I
Mr Will May Allah Bless You.
I am 60 and have the same .
Please also make some videos only for those who have already their knee replaced. Thanks
Another excellent video, Will. You make it seem simple, but the results can be dramatic. I'm willing to give it a go to avoid surgery and get back to biking and hiking. Thank you so much! 🥰 🦵 🚴
Oh, I just did the heel-toe with my right leg. I've been limping for 2 years due to a complete tear of the ACL. Will…I didn't limp!!!!!
It didn't hurt. Thank you so much. I've been following you for the 2 years and finally listened. Hope to let you know how I progress! 😇
Thank you great 😊
Know this is isn’t a related topic but just wanted to know if large bucket handle meniscus tear will heal by itself.
I fell and hit my knee on a hardwood floor. What can I do? I have neuropathy I can't soak it in warm water or use a heating pad. It burns so bad.
Hi Will, thank you… I have that same limp. Thought it was from having a dropped hip which occurs with a trendelenburg gait. As I’ve been told.. by P.T. never thinking it was my knee.
You are truly a healer Will. Bless your good heart ❤
thank you SO much for this video
Informative and useful; Will surprises with another brilliant video. How do we thank Will for his significant contributions to our well-being? I joined 3-Tip Friday and bought his books (old and new). A simple gesture just to say Thank You.
I am 46, have knee pain now. Am scared
Dear Will, thank you for yet another gem! I am grateful to you, and words fall short in expressing my gratitude. Please could you make a video on exercises that people over 50 should avoid, from head to toe? You have made some in the past, but if you could make one consolidated video, that would be great.
I love that you helped this patient avoid surgery!
Will, thank you for another super video, targeting a growing subset of the population. We appreciate you !
Are there exercises one can do for the posterior chain while in bed ?
Could You please tell me If these exercices are suitable for a person trying to recover after an AVC. She is still limping the left foot .
I had knee pain for months. Tried your suggested stretches. Great improvements in a few day Thank you
Just had three nights without sleep due to knee pain, thank you for sharing
One thing you missed is that FEET can cause knee pain. People should check that their arches are well supported.
Hello I’m suffering with knee pain but I’ve also got a bakers cyst and a painful tendon can you help me ? I have had a knee replacement on mt other knee but I really don’t want to have a knee replacement on this left knee . Thank you.
He is blessed with best talents of humanity on earth n no intention of making money like most doctors on u tube either ayurvedic or herbal
Thank you again Will, and back into your book now… one piece of advice a day
Good morning I have osteoarthritis can you please help me
Thanks for the video. I'm a 77 yo woman but I don't limp because I have the habit of limping. It's because I'm AFRAID it's going to hurt. If I step wrong (and I've no idea what wrong is) it is a sharp pain and for a split second I THINK my leg is going to give out. I blamed it all on the arthroscopy I had over 20 years ago for a torn meniscus. I have a hilly yard here at my new one story house and your previous knee videos have already helped and I realize some are the same as what the post surgery therapist showed me. I just didn't understand I should keep doing them to make all the flexibility to come back. I ordered your book because if I skip a few days I forget the nuances of how to do the exercises. Now if you only showed how to help my 12 yo german shepherd with her arthritis in the right shoulder, we might be able to take longer walks together.
This is great as this is something I can also do if needed. I'm a 58 yr old woman, recently post-menopausal and due to the hormonal changes my joint have become way more vulnerable than they already were because of hypermobility. Most of your exercises I cannot do without altering them, others I cannot do at all.
Maybe you can regularly offer exercises for 50+ women, taking into consideration that most peri and post menopausal women have joint & muscle issues due to hormonal changes. I would certainly appreciate it as I like your style of presenting 🙂
Also, squeeze your glutes tight when walking. Less pressure on the knees.
Will, I greatly enjoyed and appreciate your videos. Thank you!
I have a little bone that pops out if I move my knee just right. Then I have to see a chiropractor to pop it back. But I want to know how I can strengthen this muscle or whatever to keep the bone staying in instead of coming out again. I am 72 but this happened at the age of 55. Thank you.
Thanks Will I will try it
