Hello everyone, just an easy road, bridleway, cycleway loop to get out & about in the dark & gloomy weather that we have been having at the moment while still getting over a heavy, snotty cold!! It is a relatively easy route for about 23/24 miles starting at Darley Abbey Park in Derby out to Shipley Country Park & back.

Great video's, i've watched most of them now, one question springs to mind, what seat do you use ? It must be a good one else you'd be walking like John Wayne.
