This japanese yatai is SIMILAR to angkringan in Indonesia.
I wonder where he gets this energy from, especially when he gets so little sleep. I only work 8 hours a day as a tradesman. But I'm completely exhausted afterwards and even at work I don't have nearly as much energy as he does.

Japenese food truck…..unbelievably amazing.
Here in South Korea, I cant taste that kind of high level cuisine in any food trucks on the street.
What a pro. He is really really pro. Most importantly, he seems to be enjoying all the work. See that attitude.
He is SUPERMAN. I will visit that food truck and taste those delicious cuisines someday.
While cooking in the stall and serving the customers seems like fun and very doable, the amount of effort for preparation, and cleaning, plus the time it takes is just too much for 1 person, i can do this job if someone helps me with the cleanup but doing this alone blows my mind. Kudos to his energy and dedication!
The most appreciation part is the part where he clears the place after using this. The mindest of this is so rare in modern society where people throw rubush everywhere
