Köln / Cologne City 2024, The Best Time to Visit Germany is Autumn, 4K HDR 60fps

Welcome to a long city walk of Cologne (Köln), Western Germany, on a mild autumn day in October 2024. We’ll be showing you some of the city’s best attractions and top sights in this beautiful season of the year. This tour offers one of the best ways of enjoying Cologne city’s famous shopping streets Schildergasse and Hohe Straße, the Old Town / Altstadt and also the Hohenzollern Bridge. I am starting inside of the very busy train station showcasing you the Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral) from the outside before heading to the Schildergasse Shopping Street. Afterwards we will head to the Altstadt and then walk slowly to the Rhine river embankment. We then go to the Hohenzollern bridge with its many love locks. This tour then ends at the Hauptbahn / Main station.

Köln is the largest city in Germany’s most populous federal state, North Rhine-Westphalia, and the fourth-largest city in Germany overall. With just over a million people living in the city itself, Cologne is the largest city on the Rhine. It’s one of Germany’s most important commercial and cultural centres, with lots of museums, galleries, arts and entertainment venues.
