Maternity leave in Finland is 160 days per parent , other parent can give maternity days to other parent between 0- max 63 days for single parent i think are more days then 160
You definitely don't need to wash the berries you pick from Finnish forests. But I would walk a few metres away from the trail before picking berries (because dog walkers also use the trails and I don't want dog pee on my berries😂)
Nobody washes berries in Finland.
