Gaia candidly reflects, “I went 33 years pretending to be someone else, and I didn’t even know it.” Her awakening opened the doors to understanding the impact of past lives on the present and the role of parallel selves influencing the now.
In this profound conversation, Gaia explains that many of our challenges stem from unresolved energies in other lifetimes or dimensions. She describes working with clients whose current struggles are deeply tied to parallel versions of themselves. Gaia recounts a powerful experience of helping a woman who could not conceive a child because of trauma experienced by a parallel version of herself. By healing that trauma in one dimension, the woman was finally able to move forward in this life.

Gaia was actually pretty good about this herself, especially at the 1:05:00 region and later around 1:30:00, and for future interviews, Alex, please always ask the guest: "you have this unique gift, and is this something that we can do ourselves? I can't see the things you see and talk to the Mother or her Higher Self, and such, so it does seem like we DO need to see YOU. What can we do ourselves to help ourselves?" We proclaim "help yourself! Do the work You're powerful!" but then it seems like I have to be them/go to them in order to get their results (which is partially true, and also un-meaning-to-be disempowering rather than an uplifting call to action). This is my own opinion, feelings, and such; I own that.
